1) What We Are

Water Damage Hotline™ is an informational and connection service. Nutroniks does not perform restoration work. We connect you with independent, local restoration providers who operate in their own name and on their own terms.

Important: We are not a life-safety or emergency response service (e.g., police, fire, medical). If you are in danger, call 911 or local emergency services.

2) No Professional Advice

Content on the site is for general information only. Follow official safety guidance and your provider’s instructions. We do not offer professional, legal, insurance, or medical advice.

3) Call Recording & Consent

Calls to our tracking numbers may be recorded for quality, routing, training, and verification. Where required by law, a recorded disclosure will be provided. By calling or continuing a call, you consent to recording as permitted by applicable law. If you do not consent, please do not call.

4) Provider Relationships

Nutroniks may receive compensation for qualified calls routed to providers. Providers are independent contractors; we do not control, supervise, or guarantee their work, pricing, schedules, insurance coverage, permits, or outcomes. Any services you receive are between you and the provider. You are responsible for evaluating a provider’s suitability and terms (including insurance and estimates) before authorizing work.

5) Eligibility & Appropriate Use

• You must be able to form a binding contract and use the Service for lawful purposes.
• You agree not to misuse the Service (e.g., spam, fraud, harassment, interfering with call routing, scraping, or reverse engineering).
• We may restrict or terminate access at our discretion, including to address suspected abuse or unlawful conduct.

6) Availability & Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service without notice. We do not guarantee availability, response times, or that a provider will accept or perform work.

7) Intellectual Property

The Service, including text, design, logos, and other content, is owned by Nutroniks or its licensors and protected by law. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works except as allowed by these Terms or applicable law.

8) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nutroniks and Water Damage Hotline™ are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; lost profits or revenues; or damages related to services performed by independent providers. Our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) $100 or (b) the amount you paid us (if any) in the 12 months prior to the claim.

9) Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We disclaim any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

10) Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Nutroniks, Water Damage Hotline™, and our affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your interactions with providers.

12) Third-Party Links & Tools

The Service may link to or integrate third-party sites and tools (e.g., call tracking, analytics). We are not responsible for their content or practices. Your use of third-party services is governed by their terms.

13) Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by applicable U.S. federal law and, where not preempted, the laws of your state of residence, without regard to conflicts of laws principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to the Service shall be brought in a competent court of such jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by law. You and we each consent to the court’s personal jurisdiction. Nothing in this section limits any consumer rights that cannot be waived by contract.

If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

14) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms. The “Last updated” date reflects the latest version.
