• Call recordings: audio of inbound calls (see Call Recording).
• Interactions & device data: pages viewed, referrer/UTM, approximate location (via IP), browser/device type.
• Attribution data: advertising campaign/source info, including dynamic number insertion and click/campaign identifiers.
• Voluntary information: details you provide (e.g., address/ZIP, issue description, availability, photos).
• Communications: emails or messages you send to us.

2) How We Use Information

• To route and connect your call to an available licensed provider.
• To operate, maintain, and improve our services (quality assurance, training, analytics).
• To measure advertising effectiveness and associate calls with campaigns.
• To detect, prevent, and address fraud or misuse.
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

3) Call Recording (Important)

Calls to our tracking numbers may be recorded for quality, routing, training, and verification. Where required by law, we provide a recorded disclosure. By placing or continuing a call, you consent to recording as permitted by applicable law. If you do not consent, please do not call.

4) Lead Routing & Sharing

If you request service, we may share relevant details (e.g., phone number, ZIP, issue type, location, scheduling notes) with independent local providers to facilitate service. We may also share information with:

• Service providers (e.g., call tracking/attribution, analytics, cloud hosting, anti-fraud).
• Advertising platforms to measure performance and avoid invalid traffic.
• Authorities when required by law or to protect rights and safety.
• Business transfers (e.g., merger, acquisition) where your information may be part of the transaction.

We do not sell call recordings. We may share excerpts if necessary for quality review or dispute resolution.

5) Cookies & Analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the site, understand usage, and attribute calls to campaigns. You can control cookies in your browser settings. If we deploy a consent tool, you can adjust preferences at any time via a “Cookie Settings” link.

6) Advertising & Attribution (DNI)

If you arrived via an advertisement, we may use dynamic number insertion (DNI) and related identifiers to associate calls with traffic sources. This helps us evaluate marketing performance and improve service.

7) Data Retention

• Call metadata & recordings: retained for a period consistent with operations, training, and dispute resolution, then deleted or anonymized.
• Site logs/analytics: retained per our analytics provider’s standard windows.

Actual retention periods may vary based on legal, operational, or security needs.

8) Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information we process. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

9) Your Choices

• You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information, subject to applicable law.
• To make a request, email contact@nutroniks.com with “Privacy Request” in the subject. We may need to verify your identity.

10) Children

Our services are not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

11) State-Specific Notices (e.g., CA, CO, CT, UT, VA)

Depending on your state, you may have additional rights, such as to access, delete, correct, or opt out of certain processing (including “sale”/“sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising as defined by applicable law). We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16.
