Calling Water Damage Hotline™ is free for homeowners. Nutroniks (the operator) is paid by restoration providers when a call meets pre-agreed “qualified” criteria (for example: correct service area, homeowner/decision-maker, active water/sewage issue, and a minimum call duration).

What this means for you

  • No fees to dial our hotline
  • We only get paid when we successfully connect you to a provider who can help
  • Our goal is to route you to the right local pro, fast

What we don’t do

  • We don’t perform restoration work ourselves
  • We don’t add mark-ups to provider pricing
  • We don’t share your info beyond what’s needed to connect service

If you have questions about pricing or warranties, discuss them directly with the provider you choose.
